An official transcript is a comprehensive document of a student’s academic record at À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ. Transcripts will not be issued if any financial obligations exist with À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ Tech.

How Do I Get My Official À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ Tech Transcript?

À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ has authorized the National Student Clearing House to manage the ordering, processing, and secure delivery of student transcripts. Each transcript requested has a $12.50 (non-refundable) processing fee. Electronic PDF Delivery has an additional $0.50 fee.

*Please allow three business days for processing after receiving your transcript request and payment. Please note: due to heavy volume at the beginning of the semester, this may increase wait time by 5-7 business days. Transcript requests will be processed in the order they are received.

Unofficial Transcripts for Current Students

Students who have access to the Self-Service and do not have holds on their accounts can retrieve an unofficial transcript 24/7. 

How Do I Get My Transcript(s) to À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ Tech?

Students are required to submit official high school and/or college transcripts when applying for À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ Tech credit courses and financial aid.

College or University Transcripts

• Electronic Transcripts must be submitted directly from the issuing institution’s electronic secure service, such as Parchment, National Student Clearinghouse, or Credential Solutions.
• Hand-carried copies are only accepted as official when delivered in the original institution’s sealed envelope.
• We accept mailed college or university transcripts as official.
• We do not accept faxed college or university transcripts as official.

High School Transcripts

• Electronic Transcripts must be submitted directly from high school to registrar@manhattantech.edu.
• Hand-carried copies are only accepted as official when delivered in the high school’s original sealed envelope.
• We accept mailed high school transcripts as official.
• We do accept faxed high school transcripts as official, along with the high school’s fax cover sheet. Records can be faxed to (785)-587-2804
